Jenny Bartlow, Senior Technology Strategist, Microsoft
Jenny Bartlow has spent 20+years in Information Technology at St. Louis-based companies such as Maryville Technologies, Savvis, Mom365 and Monsanto providing strategic technology direction as a motivated leader who develops and mentors those around her. In 2018, Jenny joined Microsoft as a Senior Technology Strategist, focused exclusively on the Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry – a true passion for Jenny. In her role, Jenny acts as a “Virtual CTO”; providing advice on strategies to support business outcomes and articulating the value of technologies required for the path to digital transformation.
Jenny serves as the President of the Women’s Leadership Network for Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri to make it possible for today’s girls to build the skills they need to lead in their home, workplace and community.Jenny also volunteers her time to a number of non-profit organizations throughout St. Louis. She spent six years on the Board of Directors for Gateway to Hope, an organization that arranges comprehensive care and financial assistance for individuals diagnosed with breast cancer. In 2018, she joined the Advisory Council for Kids Rock Cancer, a program sponsored by Maryville University, that uses the healing power of music to help children cope with the challenges of cancer treatment. Each and every day, Jenny uses her technology experience to empower healthcare organizations and change patients’ lives.
LaShana Lewis, CEO, L.M. Lewis Consulting
LaShana Lewis is a technologist working in the diversity space with over 20 years of experience. She is currently the CEO of L. M. Lewis Consulting, a company that aims to make employers more diverse through recruitment, hiring, and retention best practices. She also lends her I.T. knowledge as tech director and consultant for progressive companies such as Astral AR, a drone technology company seeking to create safer risk mitigation tools for first-responders; Givable, an organization seeking to highlight smaller nonprofits through an email subscription-based giving platform; and Muff’n + Me, a black woman-owned online children’s boutique offering pop-up markets throughout the St. Louis region.
Lewis is a role model for diversity in the technology community and has met with President Barack Obama as part of the nationwide TechHire Initiative to encourage employers to hire and train people with non-traditional tech backgrounds. She also volunteers at the planetarium in the St. Louis Science Center, is a lover of Science Fiction (Star Trek: The Next Generation, specifically), an avid latte-drinker, a newlywed, and a loving parent to their 10-year-old Netherlands Dwarf-English Spot mix house rabbit, Pachi.
Naomi Wheels, Global Head of Customer Success, Square
Naomi Wheeless is the Global Head of Customer Success for Square, a company whose mission is to facilitate economic empowerment. Throughout her career, Naomi has created near flawless customer experiences, developed & mentored leaders, and consistently improved production results. Building upon previous senior-level management roles at companies like Capital One, TMX Finance & ServiceMaster, she continues to implement her operational and people development skills to execute company goals and initiatives.
Naomi has become a highly sought-after business leader. Beyond the office, she is an Army veteran with an MBA in Project Management and has nearly completed her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Management. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt who is passionate about affecting change for youth and refugees, having served on the board of directors for several non-profits including the Promise House and Refugee Services of Texas.
The New York City native currently resides in St. Louis and is an avid traveler who has visited over 40 countries along the way.
