Susan Conrad, Partner, Barry-Wehmiller Leadership Institute
Susan Conrad believes consistent performance and ongoing value creation begin with people-centric leadership, particularly in today’s knowledge economy. She has successfully applied this approach throughout her career in professional services, finance, and real estate. Corporate and non-profit leaders alike turn to Susan to navigate change, improve performance and develop future leaders. As a Partner of the BW Leadership Institute, Susan draws upon 30 years of experience in visioning, strategy implementation, acquisitions, corporate finance and operations helping leaders create cultures where both people and business can thrive. Susan earned her BSBA-Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, MBA from Washington University’s Olin School of Business and SPHR designation from the HR Certification Institute. A native St. Louisan, Susan is proud a mom to her three unique and inspiring children, Caitlin, John and Megan.
Aaron Dimmock, Client Engagement Leader, Barry-Wehmiller Leadership Institute
Aaron and his wife, Kim, have been married for over 22 years and are blessed with the presence of four children in their lives – Camden, Kinsey, Amelia, and Peyton. He is a Director for the BW Leadership Institute. A retired Naval Officer and Naval Aviator, Aaron had the privilege of serving in various managerial and leadership positions for over 20 years. Most notably, he had the opportunity to serve as the Navy Representative to the Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Defense for Military Professionalism at the Pentagon, the Commanding Officer (CEO) of a Navy Recruiting District, and as an instructor pilot in multiple tours of duty. Aaron is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering. Having earned graduate degrees in business administration, national security and strategic studies, and public policy, Aaron is currently working toward a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Policy and Administration. His research interests include candor, character, ethics, group performance, human behavior, humility, and organizational culture.
