Bruce Sheridan, Organizational Compass
Bruce started his career as an engineer with Florida Power and Light Company (FPL). About 2 years in, Bruce was asked to pilot a new system to help leaders execute against their vision. After 7 years of hard work, the turnaround was a tremendous success. FPL went from being in the bottom 20% of U.S. utilities to being in the top 5% of utilities.
Going through that journey, and implementing similar systems for over 25 years, Bruce sees firsthand how leaders struggle. They have the best intentions but are still plagued by issues. Bruce can show you and your leadership team how to get to the point where your entire organization is crystal clear on your vision, all much more disciplined and accountable, executing well, gaining consistent traction and advancing as a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team. Bruce has made it his life passion to help business owners get what they want out of their business. He has helped more than 60 businesses and has facilitated over 300 leadership team meetings. Bruce holds a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering and resides in St. Louis with his wife and four children.
