Gloria Carter-Hicks is the President and CEO of Hicks-Carter-Hicks, LLC, an award-winning, full-service performance improvement company. Carter-Hicks is a results-oriented executive with a successful business career and over 20 years of experience. She is recognized as a driving force in the areas of Human Resources, Management Consulting, Executive Coaching, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development. Carter-Hicks uses her experience as a human resource professional, consultant and business owner to enhance business performance and organizational results for her clients.
As the Regional Director of the Missouri Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Kevin Wilson specializes in issues dealing with the urban core. He provides technical assistance to small businesses owners and helps prospective borrowers in developing viable loan packages, tax credits applications, and securing loans. The SBDC Program is designed to deliver up-to-date counseling, training and technical assistance in all aspects of small business management. The SBDCs also make special efforts to reach minority members of socially and economically disadvantaged groups, veterans, women and the disabled.
